High acceleration at the start as the engine is cold, what can it be?

I need help.
I have a Type 1.6 i.e.
Every time I run the car with cold engine, the acceleration goes up to two thousand spins and falls for a thousand turns. This're bothering me. What can I do to solve this problem.
